How can I Book an Item of Baby Equipment for Hire?

You can either browse our online shop and book the baby equipment that you wish to hire through our online booking system and make payment using PayPal.

Alternatively, you can give us a ring at our Baby Goodie shop in Midland, Perth on +61-08-9250 5411 to secure your item for hire and make payment by credit card.

Do I Have to Pay a Bond When Making a Booking?

It depends on the item and how long the booking is for. If a bond is necessary, it will be collected at the time of hire and returned in full when the equipment is returned in good condition. The amount of the bond ranges from $50-$350 depending on the item hired, and must be paid on pickup of the item.

How am I charged for the hire of Baby Equipment?

All prices for equipment hire are GST inclusive. In Australia, GST is the goods and services tax that is levied at 10% of the product or service price.

How do I collect my Baby Equipment that I have hired?

All items of baby equipment that are hired must be collected from our Baby Goodie shop at 320 Great Eastern Highway, Midland, Western Australia 6056.

Can Baby Goodie Install the Car Seat or Capsule for Me?

Yes, we are certified Car Seat Fitters and Checkers. We offer this service for free for bookings of 1 week or more, and offer our shorter term customers the service at a special rate.

Are all the Items Clean and in Good Condition?

Yes – Baby Goodie performs a thorough cleaning of each item when it is returned. All items are cleaned before they are available for rental again.

I’m not sure how long I’ll need my equipment for, can I extend my booking if I need to?

Yes, provided that nobody else has booked your equipment in the meantime. Simply email or call us to let us know your situation.

What happens if my baby arrives early?

Simply email or call us to let us know your situation, and we will do our best to help you.

What happens if we damage the item we hired, or the item is stolen?

The Hirer agrees to pay Baby Goodie in full, the new replacement costs for any equipment that is lost or damaged in any way and is beyond economic repair.

What is the difference between generic and specific brands for hire?

Generic items are equipment that have similar features and functions. Items can be of any brands or model subject to what is available at the time of pick up.
